Header and Main Menu

The RizePoint site uses a responsive layout. This means that the main screen displays based on the size of screen you are using. For example, if you are using a Microsoft Surface Pro in tablet mode or an iPad you may see the hamburger menu instead of the full menu. As your screen gets smaller and smaller, the Administration Header will change from an icon with text to just an icon. This allows you more versatility in how and where you access the RizePoint cloud-based software.

RizePoint Administration Header

The RizePoint Header enables access to all the global administrative and user options as configured for each user. Depending on the user and role permissions assigned to the logged-in user, they could potentially see menu options for Change Password, Change Language, Page Content Editor, Site Editor, User Guide, Customer Support, Contact Information, and Program Information.

User Administration

• Change Password - allows the current users to change their password.
• Change Language - allows users to select a different language for viewing the website.

  This option only displays if multiple languages are configured for the logged in user.

• Sign Out - allows the current user to sign out of the RizePoint software.

  If you have SSO (single sign-on) enabled on your system, the Sign Out option will not be available on this menu and you will be signed out automatically when your site session ends.

Editor

• Page Content Editor - allows the user (with appropriate permission) to modify the global display labels within the application.
• Site Editor - allows the user (with appropriate permission) to modify display labels at the page level within the application.

Help

• User Guide - links the user to the Online Help documentation.
• Support - displays the RizePoint Customer Service widget.
• Contact - provides contact information for obtaining additional information on the application and for technical support. This box is configurable so you can enter your own Help Desk contact information. See also Using the Content Editor.
• About - displays the copyright information and the current application version.
