Editing a Location

To edit a location profile (General tab):

1. Go to Locations.
2. Locate the location name that you want to edit.
3. Click directly on the location name to display the location's profile pages. The GENERAL TAB of the profile opens.
4. Click the EDIT button.
   
   
5. Make the necessary changes.Note: you cannot change a location ID. If for some reason you need to change the location ID, please submit a ticket. 

6. Click SAVE.
7. Click RETURN button to return to the Location list.

To make a location active:

1. To see if the location is currently active, go to the GENERAL TAB of the location's profile page and look at the Active status.
   
   
   
2. If the status is not currently designated as Active, then click the EDIT button.
   
   
3. Locate and click the ACTIVE checkbox to enable it.
   
   
4. Click SAVE.

To edit the Location Type (Optional Feature):

1. Locate the location name that you want to edit
2. Click directly on the location name to display the location's profile pages. The GENERAL TAB of the profile opens.
3. Click the EDIT TYPE button.
   
   
4. Select the correct location type.
   
   
5. Click SAVE.
