This menu option allows you to create different configurations of feedback reports, which can then be assigned to multiple forms. All configurations created here will be available to associate with any form. In addition, multiple feedback reports can be assigned to a single form.
From this screen you may:
- Create a New Feedback Report Configuration
- Copy an Existing Feedback Report Configuration
- Edit an Existing Feedback Report Configuration
- Delete an Existing Feedback report Configuration
- Configure Feedback Report Options
Actions
NEW button - allows you to create a new feedback report name.
CONFIGURATION link - allows you to edit the fields displayed in an existing feedback report. (This link is located on the far right side of the window.)
CHECKBOX - allows you to select feedback reports to delete or archive. Clicking the box at the top of the column once selects all reports; clicking again deselects all reports.
ARCHIVE button - allows you to view a list of previously deleted (archived) feedback report configurations.
DELETE button - allows you to remove a feedback report configuration from the list, placing it in the archive.
EDIT button - allows you to edit the name or description of an existing feedback report.
COPY button - allows you to copy an existing feedback report.
