Create a New Feedback Report

To create a new feedback report configuration:

Feedback reports are typically reports for an individual audit result and can be used for email feedback.  They are sometimes referred to as Executive Summary reports.

1. Go to Reports > Report Setup > Configure Feedback Report.
   • A list of all existing configurations is displayed.
2. Click the NEW button.
3. Enter a name and description for this configuration.
4. Click SAVE & RETURN. The configuration is added to the list. The default settings that appear are determined by the settings specified in System > Defaults > Feedback Report. However, you may change any of the settings for this specific configuration here.
5. Click the CONFIGURATION link on the far right.
   
6. Configure the feedback report to include any of the available options in the report.
7. If you are using other languages, there may be a synchronize button available. Click the SYNCHRONIZE THESE OPTIONS TO ALL OTHER LANGUAGES button if you want these settings to affect all languages. Note* that to avoid accidentally overwriting any existing translations to other languages, only options and settings are affected; not text labels. If you make translations to any of the text in the text entry fields at this time, those changes will apply only to the current language, even though you click the SYNCHRONIZE button.
   • HINT: Clicking this button only copies options and settings to all languages; no text in text fields is copied! (Exception: RGB values are considered a setting, not a text value, even though you may type the RGB value directly into the field instead of selecting it from a color picker. Therefore, RGB values will be copied to all languages if this button is clicked.)

     If you do not click this button, the settings here affect the current language only. Note that you may click the button at either the top or the bottom of this page.

8. Click SAVE & RETURN.

This configuration is added to the list of feedback report configurations. It can be associated with as many different audit forms as desired.
