Introduction
Below is a series of general tips to be aware of when completing an audit.
- You may complete any question at any time as there is no required flow of answering questions.
- In order to complete an assessment, all required questions must be answered. These are noted by a red exclamation point.
- For most questions, to answer, press the choice to the right of the question text (it will appear darker/selected.) You can toggle this answer on and off.
- To review information or instructions for a form, category, or question, press the policy icon associated with the item. The policy icon will appear as a yellow “i”.
- To add a note, comment, or image to a form, category, or question, use the Note icon. See the icon below.
Form Navigation
Navigation buttons are provided at the side of the screen to help navigate through the system. To navigate to another category, select the category dropdown menu and select the appropriate category.
- Save Button. Audits can be closed and restarted at any time but must be saved. This can be done by choosing “Save” when closing an incomplete audit.
- Category Dropdown. In Mobile Auditor you will now be able to pin the category dropdown menu for better navigation.
- Settings Filter. It allows you to filter out questions that have already been answered or questions that are not required. These can be found by clicking the yellow gear icon at the top right of your screen.
