Switching Back to the Classic View

While the new UI will be the standard going forward, currently you are able to switch back to the classic RizePoint Mobile Auditor UI should you desire. To do so, first log into RizePoint Mobile Auditor. Next, tap the menu button at the top-left hand portion of the screen.

From the menu, tap the Settings button.

Check the box under "Classic" and you will see the classic UI again.

Now, let's take a look at what the new RizePoint Mobile Auditor UI has to offer.

Creating a New Audit in the New UI

To create a new audit, first log into RizePoint Mobile Auditor. Tap Create an Audit at the bottom of the page.

You can use a pre-existing template or start a scheduled audit, but in our example, we will create it from scratch so tap the From Scratch button.

On the next screen, select your auditor.

Now, select your location.

Then select your form.

Give the audit a name if desired and then either schedule the audit for a future time, or click Start to begin the audit immediately.

Conducting an Audit in the New UI

On the audit form, you will see a search bar at the top of the screen as well as filters for the search to find specific questions or categories.

At the top-right portion of the page, you will find the settings to select your reports, add audit level notes, and modify your audit. Configure these however you wish for your specific audit.

Complete the audit by filling out all of the questions. You will be taken to the following screen once you have completed every question:

Complete the mandatory fields and signatures and tap Approve when you are done. This will complete the audit.
