Beginning January 2025 we will adjust our release schedule as follows. General release to production environments will occur on the FIRST Saturday of each month. Release to Testing environments will occur the on the Friday and Saturday one week prior to the General production release. To facilitate this change, in December you will see a release to Testing environments December 28, 2024 and a release to Production environments January 4, 2025. The new schedule will proceed from this date forward. These changes will apply to the Mobile Auditor release schedule as well.

Mobile Auditor Mobile App - Version 12.6.13

The following updates have been made to our Mobile Auditor App:

Ability to see more locations when starting a new audit.

• To help Mobile Auditor users see more locations, auditors, and forms before needing to search, scroll, or load more, we have updated the user interface to be more compact. 
• Locations will now show three rows:
  • Location Name, Location ID, and Address. 
• User defined fields will be visible by clicking the "i" icon on the right side of the screen.
• Search will continue to search all visible fields and user defined fields.

Ability to see more question choices in Dropdown questions.

• To help Mobile Auditor users see more question choices in the Dropdown question type we have updated the user interface to show as many questions options as can be viewed on the screen based on the users device. 
• Question choices will be listed vertically until the available space on the screen is filled, at which point the selection box will become scrollable. 

Larger text input box on Text questions.

• To help Mobile Auditor users more easily input and verify text in the Text question type we have updated the user interface to allow a larger input field. 
• To access the expanded input field, click the expand icon next to the text input field.
• The new input field will appear as a pop up window on mobile devices and Web MA.
• The input field will become scrollable when the text entered is larger than the default visible space.
