Mobile Auditor Mobile App - Version 12.4.1

The following updates have been made to our Mobile Auditor App
New leave behind report option
- When selecting reports for audits in Mobile Auditor you will now see an additional default report option named "Corporate Report"
- The new Corporate Report is designed to better emphasize important data, have improved esthetics for mobile devices, make better use of tables, accommodate signatures, and improve print and PDF quality.
- The Corporate Report also employs improved user friendly settings.
Auto detect language changes
- Users may select their language preference in RizePoint separately from Mobile Auditor.
- If a user updates their language preference in RizePoint, it is possible depending on the users last Mobile Auditor sync that not all of the necessary language data has been downloaded to Mobile Auditor.
- This update will allow Mobile Auditor to automatically check to see if there is a discrepancy between RizePoint and Mobile Auditor language data and alert the user.
- The user will be prompted to update any downloaded content on Mobile Auditor that is not in sync with the language preference they have selected in RizePoint.
- Synchronizing RizePoint and Mobile Auditor language data will prevent any issues with audit results being uploaded with mismatched language files.
Placement of predefined comments
- Predefined comments allow you display answer options to a Mobile Auditor user.
- When users select predefined comments as answer choices it enhances reporting consistency and usefulness.
- In Mobile Auditor any predefined comments on a question in a form will be displayed below the standard "Comments" box.
- Displaying the predefined comments below the Comments box may hide the options from the view of the user and prevent them from being used.
- In this update we have adjusted the position of the predefined comments to appear before the comments box making them more prevalent and easier to use.
- The comments box functionality will remain unchanged, only the position has been adjusted to appear after predefined comments.
Ability to skip corrupt file uploads
- It is possible to unknowingly upload a corrupted file to Mobile Auditor in the process of completing an audit.
- Mobile Auditor now has the ability to detect when a file will not be transferable due to issues and alert the user.
- Users will be able to see any files that will not be transferable and make a decision to skip the inclusion of the file or remove the file from the result before uploading to RizePoint.
- This will prevent audit results from being transferred with unusable data.
Bug Fixes
The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:
- Various bug fixes to increase stability and resolve client specific issues
