Mobile Auditor Mobile App - Version 12.4.12
*Please note: Depending on your mobile device ecosystem, updates may take up to 7 business days from our release date (April 20, 2024) to be available on your device.
The following updates have been made to our Mobile Auditor App

New "Save and Close" experience - When attempting to close an open activity you are presented with a dialog box with options to "Close" (closes the dialog box), "Delete" (Deletes the activity) and "Save" (Saves and closes the in progress activity). In order to clarify the action of these options we have updated the user interface as follows:
- The "Close" button is now an "X" icon in the upper right hand corner of the dialog box
- The "Save" button is now "Save and Close" to indicate after clicking the button the in progress audit will be saved and closed
- This change will apply to all "Close" dialog boxes throughout the app

Attach files to audit results with the Audit Maintenance Tool
- When making an update to an audit result, users are now able to add files to a result

To add a file, open an audit result and select the audit maintenance tool, then select a question from the audit to edit
- Please note: if you have not requested access to the Audit Maintenance Tool in RizePoint, please contact our customer success team who will be happy to help.
- The selected question type must be a question that allows file uploads
- The user will be presented with an "Add files" button that when clicked will launch a file upload dialog box
- After adding a file to the audit result the user will see a list of all files added to the result with the option to remove any if necessary
- Files may be added at the question and category level

Allowable file types
- .csv, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .odt, .ods, .pdf, .png, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .ppsx, .pub, .txt, .mp4, .gif

- The "Training Library" link under the "Help" menu is now linked to help.rizepoint.com, a comprehensive library of helpful how to guides available to all RizePoint customers.
