Mobile Auditor Mobile App - Version 12.4.16
*Please note: Depending on your mobile device ecosystem, updates may take up to 7 business days from our release date (May 18, 2024) to be available on your device.
The following updates have been made to our Mobile Auditor App
- Various bug fixes
RizePoint
My Work will now show all incomplete tasks

The "My Work" page also known as the "Task List"
- Found under Programs > Task list
- Also found on the Dashboard in the Program Compliance widget > Go To ALL Assigned Tasks
- Shows a list of all tasks the logged in user has access to complete, that are not yet complete
- Previously the My Work list only showed users the tasks that are due in the next 90 days
- The My Work list will now show all incomplete tasks, due past or future
- This feature can be configured to only show tasks due in the next 90 days by your customer service representative
The Program Compliance widget found on the dashboard
- This widget is optional and can be configured on or off in the Active Home Page under system settings
- This widget only shows the next 5 tasks due
- Clicking "Go To ALL Assigned Tasks" will open the My Work list
