Beginning January 2025 we will adjust our release schedule as follows. General release to production environments will occur on the Second Saturday of each month. Release to Testing environments will occur on the Friday 8 days before the release to production each month. To facilitate this change, we will not release an update in December. You will see a release to Testing environments January 3rd, 2025 and a release to Production environments January 11th, 2025. The new schedule will proceed from this date forward. These changes will apply to the Mobile Auditor release schedule as well.

The following updates have been made to the RizePoint application:
FranConnect application integration
- For customers using RizePoint and FranConnect you may now access FranConnect from the navigation top bar in RizePoint and access RizePoint from the navigation side bar in FranConnect.
- To enable this integration in your system please reach out to your Customer Service Representative and we will configure the option for you.
- The new link will direct you to the log in screen for FranConnect or RizePoint respectively.
